Background

MasTek, Inc. was established in 2006 to provide professional services in support of business solutions to Federal, State, Local government and Utility agencies. It is an employee-owned corporation, comprised of senior consultants who have over 30 years of experience. The company was started by Miguel Soto.  Mr. Soto is a licensed Electrical Professional Engineer is a registered Contractor in the State of California.

The Company is registered in the state of California with it’s office in the Los Angeles area.  MasTek is a certified Minority Business Enterprise, Small Disadvantaged Business Enterprise by the state of California and is also a Federal 8(a) certified contractor.
